Our jewelry is made to last. We are continuously inspecting each and every piece as we are creating it and then again upon completion. If a manufacturing defect arises within one year of ownership, or you encounter any issues due to wear and tear, we will replace or repair the defective piece of jewelry upon verification of the defect. We make high quality jewelry and stand by our work. If any issue arises please contact us.
Returns
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of most our jewelry, we will accept exchanges for store credit within 15 days of purchase, however item must be returned in new condition.
If you'd like to exchange your piece for a different one, we will accept one exchange per order.
Please email us before sending to receive an R/A number, and please note this number on the outside of the box.Furthermore, sale items and custom design orders are non-returnable.Additionally, exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
